Hotel Terms & Norms for Payment and Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking total payment before date of check in only.
  • Cancellation before 15 days to check in : 20% cancellation charged.
  • Cancellation within 08-14 days to check in : One night cancellation charged.
  • Cancellation within 07 days to check in : 100% of the booking will be charged.
  • In case of No Show / Early check out : No Refund/ Full package amount will be charged.
  • In case of nonpayment, Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation without any prior notice.
  • Room Heater Charges Rs.300/- per heater per night (Maximum for 12 Hrs.) .
  • o In Case of heavy snowfall, 4*4 vehicles used for pick up charges would be extra. And for those charges, we will update you at that time only.


Check In: 12; 00 Noon: - Early check in is subject to availability.For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check Out: 11.00 AM:- Later check outs are available on request and subject to availability. and chargeable.

A recent government notification requires all guests to present government approved proof of identity with address at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.
